Tile & Grout Cleaning
Restore the Color
of your Grout
Mopping your tile floor's surface with traditional cleaning products spreads soil around your floor surface, removing only what sticks to your mop or cleaning device. Over time the soil that is left behind on your floor darkens your tile and grout.
The Zerorez® patented cleaning process includes Zr Clean™ at high, but safe pressure to remove soil and restore the color of your tile and grout. Once cleaned, we can apply our proprietary surface sealer to protect and beautify your floor for years to come.
Not all grout cleaning is created equal. Zerorez® drastically outperforms other tile and grout cleaning methods giving you a clean you can see and feel.
Our tile and grout cleaning process surpasses the competition. Call Zerorez New Mexico and experience the difference for yourself. You too will trust the Zerorez Difference™!
Are You Tired of
Dirty Grout Lines?
If you have tile, you have grout. And if you mop that tile floor, you probably have dirty grout! Go ahead and look at the edges where nobody ever walks…that's how the grout used to look. But it's not your fault! Mopping leaves chemical residue on tile floors and it naturally gets absorbed and trapped in grout lines. Causing them to darken and get dirtier faster over time.
With proper tile cleaning and maintenance, your tile and grout can look great again!
Zerorez cleans floor and wall tile and grout without the use of dangerous chemicals that can leave harmful residue. Our process includes scrubbing tile and grout with our Zr Lifter™. This step allows us to clean the floor with lower pressure than other tile cleaners — minimizing any chance of damaging loose or weak grout.
Our Zr Water™ breaks down dirt and oils that get stuck in the grout, making it easier to remove and leaving it free from chemical residues that would attract dirt.
You'll immediately notice how much longer you can go between mopping!
Should You Seal
Your Tile & Grout?
YES! You should definitely seal any porous surfaces after cleaning, to keep accidental spills from absorbing into grout lines or stone and permanently changing the color. If you have a standard tile floor, then you will only need to seal the grout. Tile floors are made of ceramic or porcelain that come from the factory with a glaze on the surface. This glaze is non-porous and those surfaces will not need to be sealed. Tile sealant is not needed.
If you have a stone floor (travertine, limestone, slate, marble or granite, etc), the entire floor will need to be sealed after the cleaning process to avoid discolorations and staining. The stone and grout are sealed together in the same process. If a stone floor stains, it is very difficult to remove the staining.
Using the correct sealer is very important. Zerorez uses a penetrating sealer specifically designed to absorb into the pores and molecularly bond with grout and stone.
Zerorez Sealer blocks both oil and water based spills and has a very high solids count. Our specialized sealer, applied by our trained professionals, makes cleaning and mopping more effective and helps keep your floors cleaner longer.
